Is the bladder included?
Yes — an insulated 2L Ice Core bladder ships in the box, along with the hose and bite valve. If you want more capacity, the 3L bladder is an upgrade you can add to your order.
Will ice actually fit through the opening?
It will. The screw cap is wide-mouth, so standard tray cubes drop straight in without a funnel.
Does it bounce when I run?
Not once the side straps are cinched. The load sits high on the chest and the rear mesh panel pulls it flat against your back.
What size is it?
One size. The shoulder and side straps adjust across a wide range on side-release buckles, so it fits over a t-shirt or a winter layer.
Can I wear the hose on either shoulder?
Yes — the hose mount and port grommet are mirrored, so you can route the bite valve over either side.
How do I clean the bladder?
It lays completely flat and the mouth is wide enough for a hand or a brush. Rinse warm, air dry open.
